the first amendment only covers your freedom to say what you want without the GOVERNMENT stopping you. You can feel free to create your own website to spout whatever you want and the government can't stop you, but newgrounds isn't the federal government is it? It's a free enterprise. It's an independent company where, when you sign up, you agree to follow the terms of service of the site. By clicking on that silly little box saying you read the review guidelines, or read the BBS rules, you're telling Newgrounds that you have read their rules and that you agree to follow them. It's not the site's fault that you didn't hold up your end of the bargain.

the directions did say that you shouldnt do stuff like that. reread the stuff at the bottom you need to agree to before you click submit. keeps you from getting hit like this

i wasn't exactly thinking clearly at that point i just wanted to be heard for that moment. i never stated the review ban was unjust. -.- though NG has a habit of infringing on the first amendment.
